How to fix QuickBooks Error 15215?

Error15215 occurs when you are trying to download or update your QuickBooks. Sometimes it happens with your latest payroll update or some malicious programs in your computer. There are many different reasons behind this error. And one of the major reasons behind this error why it occurs is because of program clash.

Step to fix QuickBooks Error 15215

To fix it we need to disable TLS (Transport Layer Security) in Internet connection setting. If you know how to disable TLS it’s good or else you can follow along with me.

·         From the keyboard Press and hold down the Windows key, while holding the windows key down you need to press the letter R key (Windows+R). It will give you a small run box.

·         Once you see the run dialogue box at the left-hand side bottom corner, type in there Cpl It will give you internet connection setting wizard. Note: Before processing this step make sure your Internet Explorer browser should be closed otherwise it will give you an error.

·         In the Internet connection setting wizard, you need to go to the advanced tab that should be listed at the Right-hand side top of the connection setup wizard.

·         Under the Advanced tab, you need to scroll it down and find the option called TLS 1.0. Over here you need to check whether TLS1.0 Checked or unchecked, Put the checkmark if it’s unchecked.

·         Make sure that use 1 and Use TLS1.2 are unchecked.

·         Once you have all the settings are the same as this Script Click on

·         Then close Internet Connection Setting And try to download the QuickBooks Update.

·         Once it is updated try to use QuickBooks if you are still getting the same error trying to repair your QuickBooks.
