yeah go check with your PCP and get tested for vitamin D.. based on your levels they will suggest the dosage... or take 3000 mg daily for few weeks and get it tested..

lunch time vi work out kavu since its not intentional i'd say edo tinna tarvatha nadavali ani nadustharu with colleagues or talking in phones I do the same

go under sun and stand for 10-15 min every day..simultaneously take vit tabs every day for few months..
