MRI Posted May 15, 2019 Report Posted May 15, 2019 vitamin D valla chaala issues vuntayi.. depression.. calcium synthesis ki vitamin d important.. nee bone strength tagguddi.. calcium goes undigested and turns into kidney stones if you are not drinking enough water.. undigested calcium can also cause cancer (prostrate mostly).. get exposed to morning sun.. not any time.. use tablets as well.. vitamin d rich foods teesuko.. along with amino acids.. seeds intake penchu..
