I see a hiring freeze for full timers at a place I work. Yesterday, I heard that senior management wants to cut down 40% of contractors, even though the business groups that fund these contractors don't want any cuts.  All because senior management moves around every couple of years, and every one of them want to reorg and bring a change.  First thing these guys do: how to reduce contractors,  how to reduce cost, etc.

same case at my work place too....vendors ni lepesthunnaru....I'm leaving United States permanently on July 9, 2019.
