these days, RFE ante 90% of the time it is Specialty occupation query....and if your employment involves layers (like EVC or EVVC), then along with specialty occupation there will be Employer-Employee relationship query too.

Rfe vachnadi , this is what they asked :

You indicate on Form i 539 that you are requesting an extention of H4 non immigrant status to April 2 , 2022 . A search of USCIS databases does not show that your spouse has been extended to April 2 , 2022 .

Please submit a copy of the approval notic ( form i 797 ) for the most recent I-129 Petition for a non immigrant worker filed on behalf of your spouse . 

Background : i filed h4 ext along with my h1 ext .. naa h1 ext april 2 2019 ki ipothuinde so assumed it would get approved for 3 yrs and input date as april 2 2019 kaani h1 ext feb 1 2022 varkae echadu .. even though i filed both of them together they did not approve them as courtesy at once as it was not in premium . 

epdu naa approval copy submit chesi plese grant till feb 1 2022 ante saripothunda .. evardaggaranna rfe template undha for this kind of scenario

Yes, just write formal letter and explain why you opted max date initially and what you really got and give them i797 copy. Dont you mention that you applied for h1b extension with this h4 petition if yes some how that officer missed it? Did you sent h4 after applying h1 extension?

Applied h1 h4 n ead at same time bro . They did not approve them all at once . For some reason h4 n ead got assigned to another officer
