Manager job requirements

Any Managers/ PMs here? 

Please help me with these below questions

1) Technical kante pay ekkuva untunda pakka?

2) PMP compulsory na ?

3) Experience enni years undali i.t field lo, pm ki apply cheyali ante? 

3) Design to Deployment telisna 8+ years vallu pedithe resume pick avutunda? Team lead experience unte previous project lo ?

4) Project beginning to end ela nadustundi and agile methodology kakunda inka em nerchukovali?

eh moodu certifications unte PM job easy ga istharu previous ga em rakapoyina

these days even PM needs to know JIRA, confluence, bitbucket, etc...

Depends on the project to project.

WITCH companies and with desi managers around, oka set of skills ante kastame...expect more out of a PM

1. Technical kante pay ekuva vuntundi, again idi kuda depends. I know a PM who earns less than a developer and also know a PM who earns twice as much as a developer does. 

2. PMP compulsory ani antaru but no one really cares to check whether you have PMP certification or not...

3 and 4....varies from project to project...

PMP jeetham vunnanni rojulu bagane vuntadi...contract aipothe inkoka jeetham dorakadam antha easy kadu as positions will not be in huge number...and location constraint vunte unless bigger markets, better not to choose for this one..

Vallu management side managers , valla life Motham meetings meeda nadusthundi, decisions anni vere vallani adigi telusukuntaru 

if you have tech background go for tech side

Only fte ye chustunna bro. Vere role ki marketing start chestunna but Manager role ki cheste ela untundi ani thinking. Post lo mundu PM annanu kani I meant regular manager!

Tech ye bro nenu..MBA kuda undi..tech manager ga ne chudali...8 yrs saripotundi kadha apply cheyatiniki ?
