That's not what they are looking for. They are looking for people who have been here for long time. They are going to follow Aussie model..

Well it's lobbying. Corporates rule it. Anduke em cheyyalekapotunnaru. Moreover illegal immigration has made it more worst for legal immigrantion overhaul. Tatha will def bring merit based, that will help the next gen immigrants.. unnolu age bar aipotaru, malla adey line lo untaru. A guy who is 26-28 and has 3 yrs of exp with masters degree will have better chance than uncle's who have slogged for 10 + years with masters degree. Etla chesina it will remain unfair to some sections of legal immigrants.

indhaka nenu cheptundhi kuda idhe that most of the senior DB members will out grow by the time "MERIT BASED SYSTEM" is out. We are looking at least 2-3 years for this immigration overhaul if at all happens.

System is designed to give point either way. For example, US lo Master + work gain same points as those who don't have Masters - Work in US. I'm sure young people out weigh at the same time they don't eliminate blindly for those who are here.

I followed the 140 ead to primary applicant discussions from trackitt and immigration lawyers and experts. Majority of immig lawyers agreed that if that happens it will take a lot of time to change the administrative ports. Mottam process change cheyyali antey yes 3 yes for sure. That 140 EAD ayyi untey things would have been different by now. 

AdeyWITCh company ni hire chestey 1 yr lo chestaremo upgrade.. there is s rumor that they already started working on the merit based in the background to implement it faster. I don't buy this cuz then it would be waste of resources if the bill never passes I'm the first place.

I don't think they will consider open PRs like Aussie and Canada. That's why I had been stressing masters + experience.
