Moved from Texas to New York ,...... Car registration?

Do I need to change my licence plates and get my car registered in NY ? I have valid tags like below until 04 -2020

it is recommended to change your registration within 60 days of moving.. but dorakanantha varaku okay.. okka sari cop ki dorikinappudu last week move ayna anu.. next time malli 60 days tarvatha dorikithey neeku pack chestaru.. dorakanantha varaku nadipicheyy... aa state lo cop ki dorikithey better go change soon.. or else no need...
