Try millets... india lo easy ga dorukuthai... avoid rice and junk which is hard though...

full fat diet .. like keto diet

Let me tell you something about this diet. I was on this diet for 45 days, very religiously during which time, I reduced from 70kgs to 61.6kgs. Soon after I stopped the program, I ensured that I was including low glycemic index foods in my post program diet and was very very slowing trying to incorporate carbs into my diet as suggested by VRK in his whatsapp group.

The whole thing about losing pure fat is a hoax, is what I think. Because I regained my entire weight + 2 more extra kilos approximately 13 days after stopping the diet and I’m fatter than I used to be. I started the second phase again, and weight gain happened again. Many people I know, regained almost 10 kgs.

So, in my view, pls don’t fall for it. And do stay away from his ardent followers ! I tried it not once, but twice(second time because I was sort of convinced to try through the ladies whatsapp group VRK maintains) and faced the weight gain immediately again, until I realised that its NOT a SUSTAINABLE DIET for LONG RUN. My metabolism dropped, I’m retaining more fats now I think, and basically this VRK diet confused my whole body. I never had triglycerides and now my levels are certainly higher. I also got severe pain near the kidneys while on this diet despite drinking 6 liters of water.

I’m currently on Four Hour Body diet by Timothy Ferris and in the indian scenario its more doable. Though results are slower than VRK diet, it is certainly more sustainable and you can easily keep up with it. So, if you want to face the pain and trouble of VRK diet, pl do, but keep in mind that you are VERY VERY prone to weight GAIN again, almost within a month despite following his post program diet.

follow intermittent fasting .. india lo tough to follow diet etc.. you can reduce the quantity you are eating whther it's biryani or whatever..

intermittent fasting 16:8 gurinchi chudu eat between 12pm-8pm.. rest fasting.. i do 24 hours once a week.. lunch chesi malli next day lunch (it takes time to do this), madhyalo herbal teas thagochu without sugar.

india lo ithe manchigaa grilled chicken dhorukthadhi kadha, oka poota adhi thinni, rendu poota pulka thinu...weekend ground choosukoni running cheyyi

week days working out aada kashtame...intlo emanna yoga or mat exercises cheyyi...set ayithavu..

India lo food is lot better than US man... you are somehow stuck in US mentally.. get out .. you will see the better side of India...

No wonder we are bound to get double chin within 2 days in US because of zero hard working necessity
