A man who claimed to be "an agent of God" was found walking around with a large rattlesnake in Jacksonville Beach Monday morning, according to the Jacksonville Beach Police Department.

Larry Ellis, who shot video of the snake's eventual capture, said the man was approaching people in the boardwalk area of the beach while holding the snake aloft.
