15-20 yrs ago oka land konnam. Illu const ayyindi. Ippudu ghmc vallu  idi endowment land antaru.

Endowment land aithe registration ela chesaru ante, aa zamana lo ayyayi ippudu strict ayyayi antunnaru.

Em cheyalo ardam kavatle manama ikkada undi akkada em cheyalem, parents ki kooda em teliyatle em cheyalo,.. posting to see if anyone

had similar issues.. what can we do ani?

@AndhraneedSCS, akkada for now maadi okkate open. Rest anni houses constructed long ago. Maa daani tho paatu chaala unnai anta endowment kindane but avi eppudoo kattaru kabatti they had permissions to construct. Memu ee madhyane started, so rules changed meeru ikkada kattadaniki permission ivvam ani cheptunnaru

Difficult situation bro. Mee house okkate prob antunte you can manage by giving out some bribe.. area lo houses anni prob aithe colony lo ppl antha kalisi bribe some amount

hmmm. ade kada bhaiyya , vere vallaki tension ledu as they already constructed. maadi recent ga started.akkada vachindi prob. 3-4 yrs back start chesina prob undedi kaadu.

Bribe tho aipoddhi bro aithe max. Try out reaching municipal commissioner. ilanti cases chusanu once maa frnd house sagam lepesina ante they bribed and problem was settled.
