Go for outback.  CRV lo oil consumption issues unnayi. Mazda 5 baguntadi kaani outback anta spacious kaadu.  Outback resale value baguntadi.  Check in states like Alabama, SC, FLorida  4 cyl limited 30k out the door vastundi. 

My friend bought in greensville, SC for 30k.
