medipally/narapally side ee 40-60k adugutunnaru

 

On Sunday, first day of the e-auction, 36 plots with extents between 400-1,200 square yards went under the hammer, garnering a total of ₹202 crore. The highest bid was for ₹73,900 per square yard, during auction of 18 plots in the morning, while the least was ₹57,000 per square yard post noon. The average price worked out to ₹63,652 per square yard.

land pooling concept anuko, they took over some 700 acres from land owners like farmers etc and developed all amenities like roads, drainage, water and electricity. as a result land owners got 50% of developed land/plots and hdma secured 50%, the 50% which secured gone in for a couple of e-auction where you can bid directly after registering as a bidder, there is some nominal fee required to participate in the auction, if you win the auction the modalities of  payments/registrationhas to be completed with in 90 days.   going through HDMA just gives a peace of mind and not worry about the legitimacy of the land records etc.
