I always had a great feeling that Kalanick kicked out unreasonably from a company he founded. Turns out there is someone sharing similar feeling. He deserved to be back.

    But the lesson is clear. Telling a convincing story is critical for all businesses, but when you let concerns about appearances govern all of your actions, there will be consequences once the dust settles and the smoke clears.
