EVMs are not safe. We know because we hacked them

It is late. But, we write with hopes someone can pull a miracle and save our democracy.

A team of honest concerned Election Commission officers approached us for a neutral unbiased analysis of EVM security. They were concerned about parties compromising sanctity of elections. They heard rumors of portable devices manufactured on large scale to tamper EVMs. They wanted us to disprove the rumors.
They gave us 1 EVM. But after sometime, they shut down communication. May be for their safety.

First we hacked the chips storing votes. To hack EVMs like this, every machine has to be opened. So, we checked serial communication between Ballot Unit and Control Unit. We reverse engineered the protocol and cracked the encryption. We designed a micro dongle with Bluetooth LE chip to select winner number. Any person can fix the dongle in 10 seconds in serial port of EVM.

We share code as proof now. Not complete fudger code, for safety.

We share serial communication logs also. Anyone can reverse engineer. Suspicion of EC officials is true. EVMs are simple machines. We profs hacked it for research. Others who hacked it are doing it for research? No. Inform citizens now. EC officers who contacted us must know this. Save sanctity of elections.

There is no time to lose.We pray this information reaches everyone before it is very late.
