Neenu vellipoyanu ani chepi kopam thooo every month 60$ and furniture painting   poindhi ani naa security deposit evvaaledu. 

 

Furniture painting by law charge chestara after vacating 9 months vunnna. Neenu vadini case lu petti naa money ela techukovali konchem chepandi please.

 

Lawyer approcah cheyadam better or court lo case veyyadam better which option good.

If you want to file it yourself, file it in small claims court in your area since the lease is no longer valid.

You should also satisfy the court that furniture painting does not cost $800, since this will be the main argument from the other party

I don't know anything about the criteria for charging "Furniture Painting" as regular "Wear and tear" should not be a problem in general.

ye oori lo, India lo supreme court icche judgement sometimes says pay lawyer fees of 10 or 20k.

Ante 20k ki lawyer vastada? they charge atleast 10lakh per case
