Now the problem is my new boss crazy and I could not perform up to the mark now am thinking to change my job before I get fired 🤭. 

Vere employer ki maripodham anukuntunna , want to make sure can I do that ?

you still can,  but do it before your i-94 expires and get h1b approved by then
