SSrao_IT Posted May 20, 2019 Report Share Posted May 20, 2019 Yes you can have H1b filed by an organization that qualifies to be a non-profit organization such as higher educational institutions, research institutions. But the down side of that is you cant transfer that petition to another organization which doesn't fall under that category such as typical US businesses.
