95% of the time, prenups are useless. Just because both parties sign  prenups doesn't mean that it doesn't get invalidated by judges under different pretenses. 

Prenups are usually good for kids for super wealthy people, kids who don't work. In this case, gold diggers can't get money from their super wealthy in laws. Super wealthy people usually pass their wealthy to grand kids when the latter reach certain age. There is a whole cottage industry in America, serving the super wealthy.
