Philippines president plans to forcibly ship garbage back to Canada

In a press conference on Wednesday, a spokesperson for Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte said that Duterte has instructed his team to hire a private shipping company to send containers of garbage back to Canada. Duterte has previously asked Canada to remove the waste that was dumped near Manila six years ago by a Canadian plastics exporter.
