Where I went to grad school, there were only 6-8 students every year in each program, mostly from different countries speaking different languages. So there was literally no one else that spoke in Telugu when I joined, I think there were a couple other Indians in other programs. Anyway, had I studied in UCM, I probably would have known a lot of people that spoke Telugu and wouldn't have a reason to be on this DB.
