red rice, black rice, brown rice

ivi rendu manaki inthaku mundu baaga pandevi

ippudu andaru oats, quinoa  ani sachipotunnaru

malli maa voorlo vallu ivi pandinchatam start chesaru pure organic ..palekar shishyulu...maa polam kooda icham veellake voorlo

oil lo i didnt find much differeence between cocnut/seseme/oilive/ground nut

enduku ivanni intha craze vachinay olive oil, quinoa, oats..ivanni western marketing effect ye na india/worldwide lo or nijamga benefits vunnaya other than our own rice varities

Quinoa has too much protein. Its good for health if u limit it for 1-2 times per week. Ekkuva thintey joint pains vasthayi.

Oats FOR SURE HEALTHY ...next ne list lo olive oil tasty and heathy ...quinia ok food ...not bad

protein content millets lo ne ekkuva vundhi kadha ..i mean korralu

overall ga olive oil and peanut oil both are same nutritional ga...inkemanna miss ayyama

coconut oil has more saturated fat compared to these two

coconut oil best ani monna reasearch lo telcharu ... ma tamil tahmbi pampadu and am using it

Super chepav add cheyi Millets khadar veeramachineni ghee and Coconut oil as well

Yes . Ma peddananna over do chesi he ate quinoa for years and rice assal tinaledu.When he had a stunt doctor literally asked him to stop eating quinoa and eat carbs . Edayina athi is not good.

korralu ekuva tinte gastric troubles vastayi kaka....

jonnalu,saddalu or ragulu tinandi kavalante...etuvanti effects vundavu and people who have family history of diabetes vallaki aithe perfect ivi..
