Indian bodies and Indian way of life la quinoa was pretty muc inexistent...our bodies are not used to quinoa...manchidi aina first body ki alavatu kavali kada...

Rice is also good....chinki gaalani soodu eppudu rice tintaane untaru malli bakkaga sastaaru .....it is just a marketing gimmick

Our bodies are designed to eat fats, rice, meats, proteins, carbs pretty much everything...anything too much or restricting too much will damage your body overtime

Infact basmati is better than the white rice in terms of the Glycemic index
