mana previous generation eppudu lekkalu vesukoni tinaledhu kadha but made sure organic food with less pesticides and frequently using brown rice, jonnalu, raagulu, ghee, milk - purest forms

is what we lack purity in food or lack of knowledge of diet proportions

70% of our population eat rice and it is our main source of food from generations....very few eat those raagulu jonnalu on a daily basis.

malli pesticides and organic is whole different story.

I dont agree....not everybody, who eats rice and stays thin is because of genes.

sometimes the proportions you eat and exercise do matter.

Everyone analedu i said genes plays a role apart from eating right and having active life style.

Input/Output adi main equation. Food is 70% and workout is 30%. Junk tini exercise chesina em upayogam undadu.
