It's a chicken egg problem. When national parties are weak, they get weak leaders. When they are strong, they get strong leaders.

Why don’t TG has a “strong” BJP leader even when BJP is strong at the center?

Well, BJP is weak in TG. The day BJP gets stronger, that day BJP gets strong leaders. SPY Reddy, Ex-MP from Nandyal, started his political career in BJP. He contested on BJP tickets as MP there a couple of times. He moved to YSRCP, thats when became an MP.  That's how it goes.

It is like start up companies. Weak start ups don't attract strong talent. However, when one such a weak startup is getting stronger, strong people jump there. It has to do with mass psychology.

I disagree. Congrees was strong for ages and never produced a “strong” TG local leader till date.
