Dont think so. they increased their count from last time.

 

In 2024, BJP will have MPs from TG and AP also. and more MPs from WB 

 

I wouldn't be surprised if they win a few MPs from Kerala too

moreover, Jagan can't speak against BJP at that time due to CBI cases, so BJP will come to power in 2024.
