Guys 

Oka question.

H1b meeda unna Vallaki question

And when we plan to sell a home, do we have to pay the FIRPTA tax to the IRS.

It looks like we have to pay around 15% of the sale price. That is if the selling price is 400,000 the do we have to pay 60,000 towards FIRPTA tax ? Since we are not citizens or green card holder?
