He is from Boya community ...His fight against JC and community equation helped him to get the seat. He was nobody before that.

YCP gave plenty of seats to BCs in Anantapur even though they are general.

Hindupur, Anantapur are general but given to BCs. Talari Rangaih is a normal employee and he won too.

EVM tampering is just an excuse prepared by CBN ahead knowing what to come. When few EVMs didn't work on election day, staff replaced them. Before replacing the staff will get the votes polled from the old EVM in front of the agents and add them to the new EVMs. And most of the EVMs showed majority votes being polled for YCP. That is when CBN started confusing people on the election. 

If you watched election news....YCP went into lead almost every constituency after Postal Ballots.

Postal Ballot paper ithe tamper cheyaleru kadha....It is better for TDP to introspect what went wrong instead of blaming EVMs.
