What a result!! for him. BJP came back stronger than ever

People/media are not giving him enough credit and citing congress failure as the reason for his success but it is more that in my opinion, many of the voters were attracted to Modi’s strongman image than anything else.

Recently in all the state elections where BJP lost but still won 90% plus MP seats is a remarkable achievement, they just won on the image of Modi or people wanted him as PM more than anyone else .

Antha modi talent unte konni states lo assalu address kuda enduku ledu baa... people these days want stable governments with a clear mandate. State politics ki vachesariki mostly state wide powerful leadership ni choostaru, alane ippudu national level lo strong leadership ki vote vesaru. I feel 60% of the victory is because of Modi’s strong leadership and 40% there’s no strong voice in the opposition. 

They are a bunch of clowns and wolves.

strong voice ante enti? how can opposition counter modi when modi's ticking all boxes that are to be ticked in a strongman candidate.

this is like those east asian elections in the early 00s, where people vote for the incumbent because they want the good times to continue. but india's times last 5yrs haven't been good. they still voted modi on the hope that he's better than others.

to counter modi, others have to take up alternate politics. they can't beat him in nationalism game. but its almost impossible to convince the electorate of an alternate at a time of global economic growth. modi must be allowed to fail, and he will fail because he's not worth this level of adoration. its impossible to beat him.

ofcourse rahul is useless, with prince like swagger, who thinks its cute to fight politics on decency. I hope some coalition beats modi. not congress.
