IN UK, it is worse. I have seen immigration officers in UK checking for status at train stations, bus stops. In UK, even for immigrants to get married to citizens, they need to get permission from the home department. In UK, when neighbors complain about undocumented immigrants, expect a surprise visit from the border/immigration folks. I think, USA is gonna become UK in this aspect, as FDNS is hiring more and more. Quote
