I think the political space in AP has 2 strong parties and its not easy for a 3rd party to enter without a special cause (like Separate state in case of TRS). 

Jena Sena to date did not tell what that special cause is and how they are going to achieve it. they did tell us that they want clean politics but JP tried it and gave up.  With each passing day, I see more and more people staying away from Jenasena but if they play a bigger role in future, they can attract people. 

If Pawan sticks to outdated communist ideology, he may not be relevant in future.
