Local reports say top-flight footballers in Spain have been arrested on suspicion of being involved with a criminal match-fixing operation players from Spain's as part of an investigation into match-fixing. La Liga issued a statement saying the police action "follows complaints about possible match-fixing in a May 2018 match from La Liga to the Spanish authorities."
