For TDP, I think below are the reasons for failure:

1) Not Completing loan waiver  as promised

2) Not completing Dwacra loan waiver as promised 

3) Too many review meetings causing frustration among govt employees 

4) Going too far in the fight against Modi (going out of our state and having an alliance with Congress). It helped originally before going out of state

5) U-Turn on SCS
