H1B stamping-Canda or Mexico?

Hi, Ma friend ki recent 3 years ki extension approval ochindi. Stamping ekkadaithe better? Mexico or Canada? 

1. Leave enni days petkunte better?
2. Mexico lo stamping ayina same day passport return ichestharanta? Is this true?
3. Canada lo kuda same day isthara passport?
4. Contract job so max 1 week leave istharu

mexico lo mostly same day istharu but  time karab unte edaina okkate va

same situation lo nenu unna bro, client wfh isthadu 1 month alla, so planning to go for stamping and india velli 6 years ayyindhi parents asking for a visit. 

Entho e contract jobs and moving from one place to another and amendments ....etc inka eppathiki settle avuthanno

family bro 2 kids. Fed up with Contracting jobs, FT ki try chesthunna but no H1B antunarrru. So struggling
