The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jerry Nadler, said in a press conference that Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who addressed his conclusions in an earlier public statement, had "told us a lot of what we need to hear today." During the briefing, Mueller ruled out testifying in Congress beyond the scope of the public report.
