According to The Wall Street Journal, officials used a tarp and a barge to cover the USS John McCain's name. The Navy ship is named on behalf of three generations of McCain vets, including former Senator John McCain, who was often criticized by President Trump. Trump said he had no knowledge of the cover-up.
