I see it as a first step towards eliminating corruption. if this is leading to inefficiencies, we will discuss about it later.

if you want to pretend, lets have atleast 2 tech companies in the top 10. chinese are killing it, while you are busy propagating nonsense about corruption, which is actually a problem for the lowest class, and only a minor irritant to you.
