Perm ki apply chesina date fix avvuthundi after i140 approved. Called priority date.

i140 ki na company pay chestundi emo try chedam anukuntuna, it may take 1-2 months at least. is it fine? or ipude kattesi i140 file cheyadam better ah? ( out of pocket vth premium )

Perm approve ayyina 6 months lopu i140 apply cheyyali. Or else start from zero after 6 months.

Unless you are waiting for H4 EAD, I don't see any point in going for premium for I140.

if your employer pays for premium, that's a different story

Only other scenario I can think of is you want your H-1B extended beyond 6 years.
