Yea, I think 6,900/sq. ft anukunta, gurthu ledu uncle. Bargain chesam land owner tho final ga entha ki agree ayyamo I can't recall.

My frnd planed to get one and almost finalized the sale...buildergadu tagatla single flat ani nannu chavakottadu rendu flats aite taggutadu join me ani..nen lite teskunna ....meru multiple teskunnara or single aa? ..i liked the location but the rate per sft looked high

Bargain ki Pedda scope ledu, Duplex anukunnam first but settled with regular one. 4 bedroom all sold-out so forced to buy 3-bed.

ReMax is the realtor so if you talk to him he will start at 7900. Land Owner kept half of them and we know him, so vadu mohamataniki tagginchadu but he is not really willing to lower the price.
