Apt move out ayyaka chinna carpet damage ani $100 esadu. Ippudu 3 months tarvata carpet motham change chesam ani $600 charge chesadu. Ila cheyyacha ? 

Intaka mundu apts lo move out appudu sign cheyinchukune vadu ivi damages ani, veedu ala em cheyinchukola asala. 

Nenu first 100 e kada ani kattesa, ippudu malli 600 antnadu

Ya chesa bro, mundu just small patch anukunnam but we had to replace whole carpet antunnaru. Nenu asala carpet meda emi padeyyala, only 1 year unna

Kani idk abt your situation.Let me explain you what happend for us.. 5 years back maa frd Iron box accident ga carpet meedha pettadu .. ok part slight ga kalindhi.Apt ami explain chesindhi ..they can change the patch but it looks so odd as patch has to be new carpet.Carpet colors different ga vuntai .Lot of tennants ki nachadhu anta ala vunte..We ended up paying to change the whole carpet . Things you can do is:

 

1)Carpet age consider cheyali vallu

2)Meeku ichinappudu carpet ela vundhi

3)Carpet life end aythee  after u can make an argument with them on tha tpoint

4)As some one mentioned ask them proff of pictures whether the replaced or not..

They can’t, and that too after 6 months. Do you have any proof for charge/payment for original 100? If so that’s it, you are done. You are not responsible for what happens after.

Always take photographs before you move out of the apartment. 

This will help you when you face such issues
