india lo chai boil chesetappudu I had no issues but ikkada ala boil cheste mottam kaalipoina taste vastundi. any tips on how to boil tea here in us? is it issue with dabba milk here? or tean pan? or am i missing something.

thick . vessel  and rolling boil is what u need to extract that tea flavour

also use some boost in tea

m y wife got some set from costco last thanks giving , i use that man

Non stick ginnela pedithe bekaar vuntadi vaa....ithadi ginne susuko ..desi dukan la dorkutayi...chai ginne, 3-4 cups ki saripade size la vuntadi...

a ginnelu aithe barabar chai ki...

yes , on my many pist stops while travelling to vijayawada from hyd , we always used to stop at narkatpally or suryapet for tea

akkadey first time choosaaa, 2-3 heaping scoops of boost being added to an entire huge pot of tea , thats was vigorously boiling

May b empty boost container lo tea power vesademo.....bcoz tea power comes in bags

Use elachi and ginger grounded and boil water tea powder ginger elachi slowly not on high flame initially and then once it starts boiling add milk and increase flame..keep stirring until few rises of milk and add sugar at the end ..perfect desi chai ready
