Some irrigation projects and polavaram only assets. Capital lo kuda invested some money but that was written off by Jagan anukunta .. 

it was 10 years lease for 34,000 acres. Even if we round it to 50,000 lease per acre, it will cost 1700 crores over 10 years. invested money to build high court, housing for NGOs, MLAs, MLCs, ....

 

Dwacra: 20,000 per member --> 20,000 Crores

Runa Mafi: 16,000 Crores paid so far

Pensions: about 30,000 crores over 5 years

GOvt employees salaries raised 43% or so initially and so that contributes 

Many other welfare schemes and CM relief fund mostly.
