No. An average girl loses 2-3 tablespoons. Not teaspoons but tablespoons. Idhi naaku oka doctor chepparu ikkada. Cases maybe different due to different health conditions like endometriosis and other things but an average healthy girl loses that much only

As far as I know...the average amount of blood loss during a normal menstrual cycle is 100 ml ...in some conditions like dysfunctional uterine bleeding ...there will be high amount of blood loss and a clinician will first ask for menstrual history to an anemic girl or women..

Women needs to be  appreciated a lot, but Men also put in equal effort to take care of the family which is also an equal achievement.
