Can BJP successfully impose Hindi on India this time?

pls explain why kids down south should learn Hindi in school compulsorily, while their northern counterparts will be free to choose international languages like French, German, etc.

anyway, the issue is not about identity. It is just one aspect. The issue is choice.

I really want to see TN take this on, riot on the streets, picket central govt properties inside TamilNadu, and create general mayhem over this, if central govt goes ahead with its plan.
