Everything even if you hit something accidentally so take their complete insurance so you can go for long drives with zero risk but make sure you don’t get hurt from accidents 😊

Check on car rental websites

enterprise

hertz

Avis

budjet

national

thrifty

They will give rentals only on valid driving  license not on learner license

Try Costco travel if you have account. We used to 10$ day weekend rental from Enterprise....they pick and drop!

You should take full insurance even if it's expensive...some credit cards offer insurance, but that doesn't cover everything

Lease German cars like VW, Audi, BMW, etc. Buy Japanese cars. That's like the difference between an escort and a wife.

When you lease a car or buy a new car, you need to buy full insurance (liability, collision +comprehensive). When you buy a cheap used car, you can just buy the liability insurance. Full insurance can cost you $100 per month, whereas liability can cost you $50 per month. Thats the difference. Used cars come with their own set of problems: tires, breaks, whether the car's been maintained well or not.

When you rent a car, if you don't have a liability insurance, your credit card won't cover the car at all. That's something you need to remember about. Just buy two insurances (liability and CDW) from the car rental; when you buy both from the rental agency, you can just walk away without worrying about anything.
