After seven years of English subject from 6th to intermediate 2nd year, students have not learned much English. The fate of English subject in ZP high schools in AP is same as that of Hindi subject from 6th to 10th.  Just having a subject in a curriculum doesn't help; however,  good teachers do. If there are not good teachers, adding computer programming, computer graphics, machine learning, AI in ZP high schools curriculum is just as worthless as having no subjects at all.

A good language  teacher--be it Telugu, Hindi, Swahili, English-- can teach a lot about languages in general.

Nuvvu annadi correct bro but antha pedda country lo  well qualified teachers for every rural school anedi impossible atleast curriculum lo computers, political sciences, analytical skills lanti mandate subjects unte students who are natural talented will get attracted to them. Useless language subjects ni pillala meda impose cheyadam not correct and they are of no use for their career in coming generations ippatike almost english widely spoken language in india.
