Common sense tho think chesthe every year inflation add ayyi project cost will go so much. For example one year ago Iron costs you 48,000/ton. Today it is 57,000/ton. Reverse Tenders esina inflation tho it will costs the same/high. Contractors locked in at a price and labor costs grow year after year, too.

Construction lo inflation emi ledu, desham motham adhe rate.
