Same MSA-Amendment-Mitron, rajugadu, rapchick

Hi,

My Original H1 is valid is till 2021 October that was approved on Client A.

I'm Moving to a different project soon with a different client-Client B

Both Client A and Client B fall under the same MSA and the distance between them ins 16 miles.

Do we still need to file for an amendment even if both the clients fall under the same MSA?

Employer emo different attorneys are saying different answers antunnadu likeokadu emo cheyali inkokadu emo cheyadhu ani.

Any idea folks--especially mitron rajugadu,rapchick

Client change ayithe sure ga amendment cheyalsinde. Same MSA location lo same client okavela buildings change cheste daniki avasaram ledanukunta. Nee I-129 application Itinerary lo client name and work location istaru so adi ippudu changed kabatti u should file amendment.

mari uscis website lo aithe avasaram ledhu if its with in the same msa ni undhi..its all a grey area antunnadu emp

I’m also in same situation, lawyer said no need amendment as long as you don’t go to h1b visa stamping. If you have plan to go India for visa stamping then amendment is mandatory to avoid issues. 

Lets see anyone replies in this situation went to india successfully visa stamped without amendment

No man same MSA same client ani. Mostly vallu fulltime ni drushtilo pettukoni rules print chestaru. Body shopping third party locations lo work cheste sure ga client change ayithe amendment cheyalsinde

Job Title and Responsibilities same client project lo kooda change avutay but ivi kadu main ikkada, main is your client name and their address.  Client change is major change

3 lawyers ni adgina okadu cheyali annadu, inkodu same ne response ichadu visa stamp ki velthey cheyali if not..its not req ani..third lawyers asalu avasaram ledhu annadu...vellake clarity lenapudu manam em chestam..ela proceed avtam?

I canceled India trip because of this uncertainty. I’m planning to do amendment and go for visa stamping, just to be safe side
