Help? How to get abs in 30 days?

Can't eat the below: 

Leaves like lettuce , Kale etc

Cauliflower, Cabbage, Mushrooms etc

Turkey, Duck, Red meat , shell fish etc

Moderately :

Chicken, fish

Tomatoes, long goud and all mostly water filled vegetables

Can eat :

milk stuff, eggs. 

All gym-sons please help.. This will help a lot..

I can't eat them for health reasons. I got gout so can't eat. So in the last one year lo 8 months sick with pain. I need this desperately to change my life style.

One form of arthritis.. One of the most painful diseases in the world.. You can't even touch the joint even with a feather.. It hurts a lot...

All the food I mentioned has purines which create uric acid and uric acid crystals are formed around joints which cause gout..

Oh man..!! I know of a friend who had this one...eventually he lost almost 49-50 pounds over the next one year and now he makes sure his weight does not than exceed much than his knees can bear..

Yep. Even weight increase can trigger it. I am 5 ft 10 and 158 lbs/ 72 kgs which is not bad but I still need to change.. Last 2 years nunchie no gym .. Last one year chala gout attacks.. And mostly home so ordered food a lot.. Pre-diabetic too now.. Need to change all..

I too experienced slight knee pains and found out that it was because of over weight..did work from home for an year and put on about 40 pounds in an year...did not do workout, instead bought a recliner and 60” TV and the result was 40-45 pounds more than what I’m supposed to be and borderline diabetic. 

Did no serious diet things or exercises but everyday, I made sure I go for a walk for 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins after work...and go to gym for 2-3 days a week and included 50% greens as my diet...although I still feast on tasty and spicy food. Able to knock down about 30 pounds in 4 months and still another 30 to go..

Try Eggwhites and oats with fruits on mornings

Carrots, cucumber, walnuts and almonds for  morning snak

100gms of long grain brown rice with chicken for lunch

protein powder with berries shake for eveng snak

again chicken/fish with green beans/brocoli for dinner

with 3-4 days of light work out

Ila chesthe..... oka 2 weeks ki noru anta bland ayyi.... chiraku vasthadi.... so any one day in a week try intermittent fasting with pappu and rice 

oka biryani kuda tinocchu.... but need 5 days of heavy work out

Measure your belly. If you are fat, go for cool sculpting. Will cost $3000 to 5000$ though.

Morning : egg whites can do but oats can't eat.

Afternoon : can't eat Brown rice and can't eat chicken everyday .. 

Evening : fish ccan't eat everyday and can't eat broccoli at all.. 

Carrots, cucumber snacks can do..

Reason : Gout.. 

Please suggest alternate.. Gonna make a chart..
