రాజధానిలో పనులు మందగింపు

తుళ్లూరు: రాజధాని పనులు మందగించాయి. రాజధాని నిర్మాణ పనుల విషయంలో నూతన ప్రభుత్వ విధి విధానాలు ఎలా ఉంటాయోనని కంపెనీలు ఆలోచనలో పడ్డాయి. దీంతో పనులు మందకొడిగా సాగుతున్నాయి. ఓట్లు వేయటానికి వెళ్లిన వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల కార్మికులు తిరిగి వచ్చేసరికి ఇక్కడ పనులు లేవని తెలిసింది. దీంతో మూటముల్లె సర్దుకుని స్వస్థలాలకు తిరిగి వెళుతున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణ పనులు దాదాపు 90శాతం పూర్తయ్యాయి. అయినా నిర్మాణ కంపెనీలు పనులు కొనసాగింపులో వెనకడుగు వేస్తున్నాయి. ఆయా కంపెనీలలో సుమారు 33 వేల మంది కార్మికులు, ప్రైవేటు ఉద్యోగులు పనిచేస్తున్నారు. కంపెనీల కింద కొన్ని సబ్‌ కంపెనీలు పనులను కాంట్రాక్టు తీసుకుని వివిఽధ రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి కార్మికులను రప్పించి చేయిస్తున్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం పనులు లేకపోవడంతో ఇప్పటికే పదివేల మంది వెనక్కి మరలినట్టు సమాచారం. ఈ వారంలో ఆ సంఖ్య పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. రాజధానిలో కార్మికుల కోసం వెలసిన వ్యాపారాలు ఇప్పుడు వెలవెల బోతున్నాయి. రాజధాని నిర్మాణంపై స్పష్టత రావడానికి కొంత సమయం పడుతుందని అధికారులు చెపుతున్నారు.

Jagan priority seems obvious. He will rather give free money to masses in various schemes to get votes than to spend on lavish capital which will only benefit few. 

Even if AP grows economically he will surely try to allot as many projects as possible to Seema to benefit his caste people who have lands there. 

If Amaravati remains just administrative capital in his plans , then surely there will be zero growth in land rates next 5 years there.

But he should show some capital for his next elections, else he will have larger anti incumbency. 

Anyway, i am sure he is trying to improve his village level base by appointing the ysrcp supported members in those 4 lakh jobs promised. Thereby he secure vote bank at every village level for next elections from them.

If the capital was main priority for majority people living there then YCP wouldn't have won those many seats in capital region. 

It was already very much publicized before elections that jagan would stop Amaravati if he wins. And he still won there too. 

majority care if atleast good  Administrative capital is there or not. Not Singapore PPT CBN promised.

CBN failed to deliver capital so he lost there. Jagan had his own constructed near capital before elections to gain the trust of people. So he has to show something no matter what.
